10/10 stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely sea view. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything was fresh. The property was quiet, well maintained, and made for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a lovely 7 nights at the Mason hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, smiling and efficient. The food at Zila, the main restaurant was very good, and service delightful. Overall, it was just what we were after, a relaxing time outside the city of Pattaya but also close enough to take advantage of what Pattaya and the surrounding area has to offer when we felt like it. Highly recommended hotel.

U Pattaya is a great little boutique hotel, with wooden walkways throughout their green garden and wooden fishes hung up, a very pleasant and green surrounding. The hotel's breakfast room overlooks the inifinity pool which reaches out to the beach, very lovely indeed. Breakfast is very unique. Not only do they offer a full buffet, they also offer 5-6 hot-off-the-stove, made-to-order main egg dishes. Great little hotel. Overall our experience was great. However, we would recommend for restaurant staffs to be more prepared on handling hotel guests especially it is a festive holiday. Further, if there is a high guest traffic, the breakfast service should consider to extend the time or advise guests at least ten minutes before breakfast service ends. The staff is very nice. The family room is cozy, there are suite room connect with twin bedded room. room is spotless. Kids are enjoy with the pool. Everything perfect.

Great hotel with helpful staff and comfortable rooms with all required amenities. The hotel staff was helpful. No ocean view but cannot expect that in the amazing price offered. Guest friendly!

Our First Visit To Thailand Was Tinged With a Hint Of Sadness Which Some Members Of The Staff Knew About. Therefore Our Visit Was Very Low Key, Everyone In the Hotel Which We Came in Contact With Were Exceptionally Nice and Charming Which Helped My Wife And I Through Our Stay......The Rooms and Amenities Were Very Good And The Breakfast Was Excellent. My Wife and I are returning On May to Thailand and the Pullman, So That tells you how Pleased we were With The Hotel.
