I lost my room card (yes my fault) but they did little in the way of reassuring me the card had been disabled when the other one continued to work after they said ALL cards were disabled. Breakfast choice is good and this is right on the beach with several shops and amenities nearby. However, the deck chairs are claimed by 7am and staff do nothing to assist with keeping things timely and fair. It really needs renovation, and our room repeatedly smelt like sewage and of damp. In short - we abandoned 2 days earlier and when staff asked why we were leaving early and we told them - they just smiled and said “thats nice” and processed us out stating no refund for unused days. Would recommend pay a little more and find an alternate venue.
