Everything about the resort is amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful and respectful. Anything you need they can help you with. The dining was amazing next to the water. The breakfast was excellent every single morning, even if they did not have something on the menu they can find a way to make it. Mason resort made our honeymoon the best experience.

The resort is located not the best area. Shops and restaurants are out of walking distance. They have limited dining options. Other than that resort itself was great and staffs were very helpful.

The Mason is a beautiful, architectural hidden gem. 5 star service, a stunning location and huge modern pool villas. Itā€™s right on the beach and you canā€™t get more beautiful than this. Itā€™s a bit far away from anything which is both good and bad, and it will cost approx 300-400 baht in a grab taxi or 500 via the hotel and about 30 mins to get to Pattaya. Itā€™s about 10-15 mins from jomtien beach and you canā€™t walk to anywhere so will definitely need transport. The staff held a lovely NYE event and went above and beyond to give guests a great night. Breakfast is good with lots of options and a changing daily Buffett. Lots of drink options and fresh juices. We canā€™t thank the staff enough as they made our anniversary so special and each day left a note and something special for us in the room. Mini bar soft drinks are complimentary and nuts and dry mango were great. Daily ice cream at the pool bar was a lovely treat. The villa was modern, great wifi and air con. Thereā€™s a huge bath and pool. The beaches very comfortable and so were the pillows. This is truly a beautiful hotel, amazing views and gardens, with fantastic staff and Iā€™d recommend this for a private 5 star holiday to relax and unwind. I stayed 4 nights and could have stayed longer!

Beachside Seaview Pool Villa

I'd like to share some feedback on Mason's Pattaya. We stayed in the Beachside Seaview Pool Villa for 2 nights. Overall, we found the accommodation acceptable, though it fell short of our expectations given the cost. While the hotel's pricing suggests a five-star experience, the facilities felt more like three to four stars. Nonetheless, the surrounding scenery was stunning and ideal for photography. However, the breakfast was somewhat basic. In summary, our stay felt more like a cozy guesthouse with great views than a luxury five-star hotel. Joe at the front desk provided exceptional service, being attentive and helpful. I hope this feedback proves useful for others considering a stay here.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Rooms and villas are gorgeous. Food is delicious. Pool was never cleaned in the villa, during all my stayā€¦ When I arrived to the reception for check out, before even present me with the bill to check, the guy just told me such and such thousands! Hold on, how about thank you, how about give me the print-out to checkā€¦ Laundry was not great. I asked all to be folded, but all came on hangersā€¦! But bottom line, the place is really nice and most staff are doing their best.
