"Toilet flush didn't work, lift didn't work, window were very dusty, shower water leaked everywhere. Separate taps! Not value for money"

"I appreciated the comfortable bed, quiet well-appointed room, helpful staff, and on-site bistro and bar."

"Stayed here while attending an appointment at Papworth Hospital and had a great experience. The hotel was excellent value for money, in a peaceful location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The staff were lovely, and having a bar and restaurant on site was a real bonus. We ordered drinks and dessert, both of which were delicious. I would happily stay here again if the price is right."
