Disappointing Stay
No heating on arrival and the room was freezing. Had to wear a tracksuit in bed!! The heating issue was fixed for the second night but the windows continually rattled as they were loose in the frame. Kept waking me up throughout my 4 night stay. There was no beer available on tap - and food was not available from the second night onwards. Completely understand the COVID situation - but the limitations were not clearly stated prior to booking and there is no reason for not heating the building in winter!!
