"Staff was courteous and very friendly and the room very clean and the beds were comfortable. I liked the no hassle free airport shuttle to the hotel which took less than 10 minutes. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!!"

"Power outage for hours at 9.30 pm, elevator still not working in the morning, had to walk down and up emergency steps from 5th floor. Room dated, kettle and phone in room did not work. Staff were very nice everywhere, especially the ladies working in the food court."

"My room on the back side was great — comfortable bed & linens, a nicely equipped bathroom, good blackout curtains, and all very clean. Great location, easy walking to all the attractions, the included breakfast was decent and the staff at breakfast were super. The only negative for me was the high price for parking - $18/night."
