"The staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpfully already had our room key sorted. The hotel was pleasant and clean though it should be noted that our room was very, very warm. This had been appreciated by the staff in advance by the placement of a fan in the room. We recognised that this could not be helped due to the heatwave and the lack of air con in an old building but we appreciated the effort. "

"As I arrived at the Ibis, they were welcoming. Their greeting was flawless. The service was amazing. Any questions that I’ll ask it would be answered. The staff is amazing. Breakfast was really good. The women that were doing the breakfast were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here as well. "

"Very friendly staff. Rooms bright and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Plenty of choice and the cooked items were lovely and hot. Always a bonus. Would thoroughly recommend staying here."
