"The Royalton CHIC is a stunning resort, however there is room for improvement. The check in and check out staff were abrupt and not at all what would be expected of a Front of Service. I felt rushed at check in and 3 inexperienced young ladies were all speaking at once. No real happy friendly hello. On check out staff member was abrupt and again not what would be expected of a 5 star hotel. The unsung heroes were the cleaners, maintenance staff and gardeners. They kept the Resort immaculate. Superb choice of Restaurants but Elements buffet, apart from breakfast choice was poor, so make sure you reserve at Hunters, Olympus, Vespa, Haven. There needs to be more sun Parasols. Enough beds but not enough shade."

"The staff and services were wonderful. We had such an awesome time there. The place was beautiful and views were stunning. We have heard that people come back time and time again. I traveled with 6 other friends and we all said we will come back. I can’t wait!"

"This was our second visit to the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations yet again. This time we were joined by my brother and sister-in-law, which made the experience even more special. Remarkably, it was even better than our stay in 2025. The staff are truly exceptional—warm, welcoming, and consistently attentive. A special shoutout to Spice at the restaurant for outstanding service! The hotel perfectly captures the essence of a boutique stay. We especially loved the lively, international atmosphere, with many Irish and English guests—it made us feel right at home (I’m Irish!). We’re already looking forward to returning in 2026. A beautiful country, a fantastic hotel, and an incredible team all around."

"Pros: - We loved the pool and the beach - Some of the cooks were very nice - The food was great - Room cleaning every day - The place was overall clean - The band on the last night was amazing Cons: - The attitude from some of the staff was just terrible. The towel person and the guy in charge of excursions were very unnecessarily rude. The guy in charge of excursions started making such rude remarks just because we said we will think about it and get back to him. These 2 interactions really impacted our stay and we chose to go to another hotel for the remainder of our stay."

"Resort was beautiful and clean. Long wait time for shuttle around the resort. Wait time at restaurants and pizza was very long. Spa was great. Book everything you want as soon as possible when you arrive."

"Way too many kids if you're coming here childless! Was a bit surprised off holiday cycle including European outside of their holidays. And the kids ran wild in the main restaurant and pool area. We spent the 1st afternoon at pool and that was it because of how bad it was but beach was much more relaxing. Staff was mostly great but weird things happened like things not being brought after multiple requests, dishes missing large components or being completely different than the menu. Our room was fabulous. Food was fine not wow overall. Not really an LHW caliber hotel despite being a member."

"The place is clean... A bit dated but it was still an amazing vacation. The beach is beautiful. Most staff were friendly enough. If u like the natural vibe you're going to love it there. If you're looking for luxury then this won't be your fit. The food and amenities were great. I will definitely be returning. ❤️"
