Although clean we had to ask for simple supplies like facial tissue, body wash, and shampoo. Women’s restrooms were out of order by the pools for 2 days so it was either walk back to our room (which wasn’t close) or use the men’s. Most of the machines in the gym were out of service and unable to be used. The staff seemed to be inconvenienced when we asked for anything, including dinner reservations. I have never been to an all inclusive resort where you had to pay to have your room fridge stocked or without bottled water. We came to celebrate a birthday and the staff was incredibly considerate loving attentive and extremely friendly. The food was great many different options and lots to choose from. They had about four different pools with lounge chairs the room was right on the beach with a beautiful view and with many activities to do at night.
