We especially appreciated Anika in guest services, as well as Renee and Clementina in the coffee shop. We were "stuck" in Antigua due to the airspace closure and the front reception staff were incredible at helping us cope. We have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this is clearly one of our favorites. "

"Beautiful hotel and beach. The whole staff was very nice and accommodating. There were some employees who were very nice: Sandra, Melissa, Ella and Margo. But Abigail from the Grazie Restaurant was totally excellent. Employees like her makes the great difference. The only issue we had was making reservation for the restaurants. The App does not work good, and it is very difficult to get reservation in person."
