No one was there to check us in. We left. Your company is telling us that we cannot yet the full refund… We spoke with the establishment and they said that they have told you that they are not going to charge us. I expect a full refund. The property manager was nice. The view is beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. But the floors were not super-clean (dusty and some dead cockroaches). Also, the common-room area (kitchen/living room) was okay, but not somewhere I'd choose to hang out. The porch was nice, but the ancient white plastic furniture was not what is depicted in the photo. This is expensive and not at all luxury.

Good place to stay. Beach was dirty and lots is weed smell. The property was clean. During early evening hours no service.
