A short walk (500 yards) up a steep hill from the main strip in English Harbour provides amazing views of Nelson’s dockyard near enough to walk to all the restaurants and far enough away from the noise of the nightclubs so the only sound at night are the tree frogs chirping. Annie and Roger are super friendly, helpful and welcoming. 10/10 for staff. Simple but delicious breakfast served on the large terrace overlooking the sea completes the peaceful charm of this colonial style home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. And well taken care of. What a deal. The hike up the hill is a bit of an effort - not long, just steep. But the proximity to the action along the main drag on dockyard rd is great. At the time we were there , there was renovation work going on so the property was not at its best. The staff are great and extremely welcoming. Their breakfast offering can be improved. Their staff is brilliant excellent and welcoming . A big shout out to Annie, Selwyn and Edgar .
