Really enjoyed the foam parties. The beach was nice, but there was a fair amount of sargassum. The buffet was good, lots of choices. Had reservations at each restaurant, not bad, but the steak house leaves room for improvement. Drinks were good, bars seemed to be under staffed at times. Food truck at pool was a great idea, just don’t expect a classic America burger, not bad, just not the same. All the staff was great, really nice. Met some wonderful venders set up on the beach towards the Sandals resort, especially Rhionna and CJ. Watch out for Omar, he likes to gouge you on his prices. 😆 We did the Catamaran sailboat around the island, FANTASTIC! Wadadli Cats, yellow catamaran. Ask for Winston, beach vendor, great guy." The staff has always been particularly friendly and helpful and the resort has always been very clean and well-maintained. Each year there have been improvements from the rooms to the food. This year there were new and better beach chairs and towels. A big improvement was that now one can reserve the specialty restaurants any time of day for one's entire stay, which wasn't the case in previous years. The beach was as glorious as ever. We also appreciated a more noticeable security staff around the grounds. We love how relaxed and casual this resort is - no pretense at all. We cannot wait to go back again next year!"
