"I like the convenience of walking to many places around. The staff was pretty good. There is a major issue with two things: Quality of the mattress Washing machines were not working. You have only two Peking machines for an entire building. Some are out of order and they are so small that you have to do two loads of laundry. Management or The owner should invest more money to upgrade the room mattresses and the laundry rooms"

"We booked this apartment for a family trip, location was spot on however, We stayed on the 3rd floor so if you have mobility issues then you will struggle to get up the stairs. Sofa is very uncomfortable and had the worst night sleep due to the noise outside from nightlife and seagulls 3am plus very noisy."

"staff stay in touch to assist you in any way possible; best staff ever. they ask you if you want to extend your stay; they arrange it if you do. they dont wait for you to do it all on your own. very professional; nice neighbors, building has an awesome stained glass window on graceful huge staircase leading to second floor-esthetics are great. large windows; plenty of daylight. "It would be good if the windows were properly soundproofed or double glazed. The sound from outside could be heard all through the night was quite disturbing. A fellow resident also set off the fire alarm at 6:30am and didnt stay to rectify it. All residents were left on the stairs phoning the emergency property number. Again, quite disturbing to our stay."

"The property was perfectly located within comfortable walking distance of & central to both Lime Street Station and Liverpool One shopping district. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable for our requirements. The nightclub next door was an added bonus for all night free music entertainment...!! :-)"

"Great stay and great communication. Be aware that this is above a club and you will feel like you are in a club till 3am.. plus street cleaning starts early etc. great location and amenities. Sofa had gross stains on it. Great apartment for a party weekend. No not get for families"

"Could not check in until 4pm. The beds in the apartment were bought in lKEA and not assembled properly as a result the slats didnt hold the mattress ended ip in the floor. No wifi or router in the apartment. The television cables were ripped off. We had to go ask for towels and TP. The apartment was clean. Seems like they manage several properties so the pictures on line was not out accommodations. I tried calling the desk never answer. "

"It was more affordable than other places near the centre, only 5-10 minutes walk to Lime Street station. The apartment was clean and quiet too and check-in was straight forward. Only issue I had was a very uncomfortable bed that made a lot of noise every time you moved because it was a fold-away bed. They had put a mattress topper on to try and help but did not sleep well. Fine for one night but I wouldn't want to sleep there for consecutive nights on that bed. "
