Booked the willows as a last minute getaway for me and my girlfriend.
As someone that stays in hotels a lot for work and rarely writes reviews, I feel after staying here , I must share my views.
Customer service here is beyond impeccable.
We dealt with the owner , Margaret , the owner. A proper no nonsense landlady who loves what she does and is committed to making sure you love your stay.
Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are exactly as advertised as with so many other...

A two night stay at this lovely hotel which is very well placed in Harrogate. We had a premium room which had the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. Spotlessly clean and well appointed/decorated with a fabulous view (on 8th floor). Reception staff were lovely and check in was quick. Please note this is a card only hotel.

Lovely overnight stay in Harrogate. Super comfy bed (pillows were very soft!)
Super clean bathroom. Just please lower the handwash & lotion bottles! (I meant to take a photo) They were so hard to reach across from the washbasin!
Same actually in the shower (I don’t know why they need to be so high up especially when the pump is at the top too?)
Everything you needed was in your room iron & board, hairdryer, plenty of hangers & of course tea/coffee making facilties. Only problem is it was so...

Very helpful management, and a peaceful, clean, pleasant room. I only wish I'd had time to try their restaurant. The menu looked great! Well, next time!

The hotel is well located for a break in the journey as it is very close to the A1/M although you can't hear the traffic. It would be good for exploring the local area including York and Harrogate and quite a bit cheaper than most hotels in the city centre. The rooms are well furnished, clean and comfortable and the hotel is dog friendly. The breakfast was lovely and the service is very good. At the price, it is very good value for money.

Haworth Old Hall is a very comfortable hotel located at the bottom of Main Street, about 10 minutes walk from the Bronte Parsonage Museum. We were given a warm welcome by the hotel manager into a spacious, very comfortable room. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent. Fluffy white towelling bathrobes a nice bonus:)

We love this hotel! Such friendly staff on reception and the concierge. Perfect location, rooms are well equipped and quiet. Love the cocktail bar. Only downside for us was breakfast but now we book room only and eat elsewhere.
