We stayed for 9 nights and found that many of the attractions are within walking distance from the hotel, so please take advantage of the local attractions especially “Train Street” just a few minutes walk. We also had a few day trips, in particular we liked the 12 hour long trip to Halong Bay (Ha Long Bay). This was very adventurous and exciting and do recommend walking shoes. Jimmi, the manager, was especially professional and friendly, he arranged every single aspect of my 4-day itinerary and trips in northern Vietnam (Halong Bay and Sapa), not just in Hanoi. He organized pick-ups and drop-offs, transportation, overnight bus bookings, tour guides, and sightseeing. He’s efficient, accommodating, and responsive, even when he's not on-site.
