Best hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is truly amazing and service is the best we have ever received from a hotel anywhere in the world. The team work together to deliver true excellence in everything they do. They really focus on everything possible, even the smallest things to make the stay wonderful. The location is perfect within the Old Quarter, everything within walking distance but also not in the middle of too much chaos. We highly recommend staying here if you visit.

The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

We stayed at Hanoi Solis Hotel as a family of four, with two kids aged 9 and 13, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thank you to Ding, who arranged everything for us—from airport transfers to local tours—making our stay completely stress-free. His attention to detail and kindness made a big difference. One of the loveliest touches was a handwritten note from the management waiting in our room upon arrival. It made us feel truly valued and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was perfect for our family—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We also really enjoyed the restaurant, which offered delicious meals that pleased both adults and kids, and the Solis Bar was a fantastic place to relax in the evening with a beautiful view over Hanoi. The customer service at this property was beyond our expectation. Services offered such as luggage holding was extremely helpful while we were traveling throughout Vietnam. The staff are all extremely friendly, welcoming, and beyond helpful. The breakfast was amazing, and I slept like a baby in the room. I will always recommend this hotel to anyone that asks for recommendations.
