I loved this hotel. The staff were very helpful, attentive, professional, and informative. My room was very clean and nice and cool before I walked in, they have the AC turned on 24/7 to keep the room comfortable. I also loved joking around with the staff; they were really good-natured about it.
One important thing to remember: because it’s located by Hoan Kiem Lake, the road is closed from Friday at 7:00 PM until Sunday at midnight. If you don't want to walk a distance to get to your hotel, just make sure to arrive earlier on Friday.
There are so many activities to try nearby, like massages, city tour buses, or just walking around the lake. I’ll definitely recommend this place to any of my friends traveling to Hanoi in the future.
