"I was only there overnight, all the staff I met were truly lovely and very helpful. I had a room without a window which for one night was OK, but for anything longer I wouldn't recommend. The room and bathroom were clean with the exception of dust around the bed headrest. Hairdryer was good and powerful and enough sockets around the room for my needs. I wasn't too keen on the colour changing lighting (which you can switch off) but thats very personal. I travelled to an event at the castle and the walk although with a couple of hills wasn't too taxing and took about 15 minutes. Also easy walking distance from Haymarket tram stop if coming in from the airport."
