"Stayed for 2 nights, all staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very stylish and clean. Tge Sunday lunch and breakfasts were delish, would highly recommend this hotel and will return to stay again. "The staff were wonderful. The room was a good size and was welcoming. It was a continental breakfast, which suited us, as we were able to get what we wanted and take it to the room to eat. The dinner was delicious and there was plenty of it. Because the hotel is not staffed overnight, they asked if we wanted fresh milk and organised a little bottle for us. They also gave me a large bottle of water, as I had not had time to buy one."

"Our stay was very relaxing and Carol made us so welcome (as did the gorgeous dogs). The Blorenge room has a beautiful view and you can walk down to the River Usk from the house, where we saw and heard so many bird species, and watched fish jumping for insects. Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. We had a tour of the farm which was really interesting. We were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again."

The Spires Serviced Apartments Cardiff

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (257)
"This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out. "
