The stairs to access the room are narrow but we were aware of this before we booked. Location perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at The Board School. Facilities spot on. Only issues we had were the smoke alarm beeping every few minutes right outside our room from 5am & work (refurbishment) going on over the road on the roof at 7am. The double room we shared was on the 2nd floor reached by 2 steep narrow stairways. Accepting the above our room was well equiped with a good shower. There is a shared kitchen and lounge downstairs including dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Milk, tea, coffee and kettle provided in our room. Weather hot when we were there and with window open traffic was noisy in early morning. It had its own (huge) bathroom across the hall, only accessible to you. The bed was comfy with fluffy pillows and the road the house is on is very quiet. The house has a good size lounge that you have access to as well as the fully equipped kitchen.
