"My room was very spacious ,Clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were not any shops near by as far as I’m aware Didn’t use the gym so cannot speak on."

"Gym / Spa not included. Bed was lumpy. Lounge music at dinner was too loud and had adverts. No PAT testing undertaken on any appliances in room, some emergency lights were requiring servicing. Dinner was ok - steak swimming in blood, broccoli had salt added, and skin on fries were no skin on as well as solid overly salted. "
