"Single rooms have only a skylight, parts of the floor slope by about 3 degrees and make me feel off balance, the bathroom and toilet layout is strange, and noise from the stairs and the floor below continues late into the night."

"Executive double room was spacious and well appointed. Issue with inadequate heating so had to ask for additional portable heater. The jacuzzi is out of service and looks grotty. The pool walls can do with a proper clean at the water level. The pool was a tad too cool. The food was excellent. Really good dining experience."

A few times they went to room but it carried on reception this morning weren’t that bothered never stay my there again her attitude was they did leave after 1 am joke of an answer to give a paying customer who needs sleep as working away "
