"Have known this hotel for a number of years and it was one of the best in the area but now needing a facelift without spoiling its design. Lift inside needs upgrading, fixtures and fittings need upgrading. STAFF were lovely especially Carol in the lounge area, very kind and helpful. Pool and garden area lovely.
