"Honestly have nothing negative to say about hotel. Each and everyone was extremely helpful any time you needed anything. Always available taxi. Full breakfast and food is always good within Riu brand hotels. Thank you all for great hospitality!"

"The hotel's breakfast is unbelievable. It is worth it to stay at this hotel for the breakfast alone. They are exceptionally good at cleaning the room. The staff is most helpful and they have plenty of staff available. I liked the hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from Victoria Station. Also, several good theaters very close."

"If you are not flexible or able to get up into these pods, it would not be a choice for you, but for me, it was no problem at all and I’m 60. It was in a fantastic location, close to the British Museum and the theaters.. restaurants, pubs.. really great for a solo traveler like me!"
