"This room was absolutely amazing , so clean and modern . I usually feel on edge in hotel but I felt so comfortable and slept all night as the bed was so comfy , amazing staff and lovely atmosphere. The bath is also amazing . Would definitely recommend easily the best hotel in Eastbourne:) "

"The hotel is an older building but very clean and well maintained. The staff at the Lansdowne were superb, all of them. The receptionist was welcoming, the bar staff were friendly and chatty. The restaurant crew were accommodating and professional. On arrival the room was not setup for four, an immediate apology and within 10 minutes the additional bed arrived and made up with care. The hotel has a free pool table that our boys loved. "

"This is our go to hotel in Rye now and as usual we had a lovely stay. What stands out is the staff here. The guy on reception is always so friendly and welcoming and the guy at breakfast was really helpful, I wish I knew their names. Our room was decorated really nice, a very comfortable bed and lots of teas and coffee to choose from. We will be back thank you! "

"Late booking and I made the right choice. When I arrived I was welcomed by a very friendly lady on reception, no hassle checking in. Room was clean and tidy, comfortable bed. When I left again a very nice person saw me on my way. Will definitely use again when I go to Eastbourne "
