"Beautiful location with stunning views. The room was contemporary and well equipped. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the many choices of beers and wine. Ample parking with easy access. My only negative with the room is that the shower cubicle and bathroom could do with some maintenance by way of grouting and sealing, as there was quite a bit of mould in the shower. If you are a light sleeper, you may be woken up by the guests below using their bathroom during the night and turning on their light, which subsequently activates the extraction fan and is very audible. This issue is out of the owners control and relies on the consideration of other guests, unless the fan can be replaced with an ultra quiet one."

"The cooked breakfast was very good but the coffee was weak. The owners were friendly and helpful. The room was motel style with guest access at the back of the property and lead out onto a road where you take a path between houses to get round to the front of the building and the car park. The owners did let us take a short cut through the pub upon check-in and check-out. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot but there was mould on the bathtub tiles and on the curtains in the bathroom along with spiders and webs. The heated towel rail worked on the first night but remained cold the second night. We were fine with it but I know some people have issues with mould. It met our needs."
