"Nice hotel lovely helpful staff. Great breakfast choice. Cut off for residents accessing outside seating would be appreciated at night. We were disturbed by wedding party guest in garden till after 3am Only downside to the stay"

"The room was fine. It wasn't spacious but suited us for one night. The air conditioning was on when we arrived. It was quite noisy so we switched it off as it wasn't that warm in the room. However, when we switched it off we could here a persistent humming noise which kept us awake. No idea where it was coming from but very annoying. Other than that, the room suited us and was very close to North Terminal. The only other thing that's worth mentioning is that there aren't any places to eat nearby. We found only one in the north terminal which was ok."

"Hotel is ok - staff were pleasant and helpful, but the rooms themselves were pretty poor. Size wise, they are great, but cleanliness not amazing, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. If premier inn can manage it, I'm a decent bed isn't much to ask considering it's the main part of the room. "

"Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Theres a shuttle bus that goes direct to the airport which was helpful. Would have liked a more secure lock on the door. Like a metal one you flip or something similar."

"The rooms are good, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly. The evening meals in the bar of good quality. Have to say breakfast was disappointing. Especially the coffee. "

"Breakfast was nice lovely receptionists and at staff great views relaxing and quiet peaceful place some very noisy guests which isn’t great when u need to get up at 3am but not hotels fault Cleaners ignored requests sadly for more toilet roll and to clean room twice instead of once in 5 days stay "
