"Quirky place, our room backed onto the garbage area for multiple business so it was quite loud in the morning and it seems a popular spot for loud cars at night. Overall, this place was great, don’t expect perfect, it’s very old. Walls have stains and are very dusty. But the sheets were clean and so was the bathroom. Staff is wonderfully friendly and breakfast was great. I would stay here again in a heart beat. "

"Room was small but lovely. Very noisy at nights which we didnt mind but bare in mind when booking. Breakfast delicious both mornings. Very cluttered with junk in the corridoors and corners which doesn't look great but also could be a fire hazard? Staff really friendly. Good size car park behind. Lovely pub. Great price."

"A really great stay, check in was smooth mid afternoon, superior room was fine with a fantastic super king bed and huge bathroom. We had supper in the bar, good food and drinks in a busy pub setting, a nice buzz and big shout out to Lewis and Sam who were so friendly and professional, a great team. Breakfast was really good, again in the bar with plenty of choices cooked to order as well as a small buffet. We will definitely return again!"

"This is a very beautiful little pub. The rooms are all unique and have their own charecters. Staff are really friendly. The continental breakfast is delivered in a picnic basket outside your room or you can have a cooked breakfast in the bar. Parking via car park is right outside and shopping is just a short walk away "

Only thing that would need improvement was the pillows , as they were very soft but this of course is preference. Bedding very thick and too heavy during a heat wave. "A great hotel option for our one-night stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we used the pool which was very good. We didn't have an evening meal there however the buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The room was very comfortable and although paying for parking isn't the best option it was secure parking and there was a discount for guests."
