Glamping in Cowes

"The taxi driver had trouble finding the hotel since the name was different. The room was very clean and the bed and pillow were very comfortable. Small bathroom but functional. Had issues with our code to the room door since it did not work but the service quickly gave me a new code. One thing to note is that even though the advertised is saying 2nd floor , we had to climb 3 sets of very narrow stairs to get to our room with heavy suitcases 😩"

"We have stayed at Leonardo twice waiting for cruises to come into Port so it is very convenient, however during both stays we were shoveled around to different rooms due to one problem or another. The hotel, no matter how convenient to the port will no longer be our hotel of choice when in Southampton. The maintenance has been deferred too long and the bathrooms are unfriendly to older people. Getting in and out of the bathtub is difficult and dangerous. Their staff is great, breakfast tasty, but the hotel has seen its better days."

"We had a very nice stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean, although the windows could have done with a wash. TV was a bit complicated to use, but good. Great WiFi. Breakfast was excellent. "
