"The women on reception was so friendly and helpful and interested in our stay, she's a credit to herself and to the hotel. The staff in the dining room were all friendly and efficient too. The room we were in was a hint on the tired side, decor wise and could've been a little cleaner. Food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent. "The room was lovely & large also very clean. Tea & coffee were provided in the room. I chose Bonkle house because it was different to what i usually book & we enjoyed our stay. The only staff we saw was on check-in to give us the key, who was pleasant but i cant comment beyond that. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend "
