"Our company has used this hotel at least 15 times over the past 18 months and have never had cause to complain, however, during the latest stay, it sounded as though an all night party was going on upstairs with smoke alarms constantly ringing and noise so loud it sounded like a raid! Our team members are located here ready for training courses in the morning so they are bright and fresh. This latest stay did not offer this at all. He didn't get to sleep until 04.30am. When my colleague brought this to the attention of the manager, they were not very helpful, understanding or apologetic.
