"This was a really nice hotel! The staff were friendly, and the room was very clean. The highlight for us was the gym. It was much better equipped than most hotel gyms. It had weights (dumbbells and barbells), machines, treadmills, rowing machines, and even a sled. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!"

Our plans changed at the last minute with additional family members joining our stay, the staff there were great, they accommodated the additional members and at a sensible price. "Rooms on street over looking tram were not for me I have stayed at the midland many times and the first time that my stay was not satisfactory Low rooms Tram side of hotel Are very noisy and I was woke up by the loud squeaks and running of the tram cars Room 222 When I stay again I will ask for a higher room and away from the trams Hotel overall is amazing hence I always stay here and the vibe of the hotel - the quality and the staff is superb "

"Fantastic position in town. Lovely staff, the lift was being fixed and we had an issue with the door card, so we given a free drink in the bar, which was a nice touch. Staff member was really great! "
