"The stay was amazing!! Such a nice place in a historic district!! Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, not like where I live with all the city noise. A very nice historic looking property. Clean, well kept and supplied! Thanks for the espresso and tea. The futon was comfy. Bed was great!! TV was very full of great apps. Thanks so much. I hope to stay here again when I come back to Denver."

"This place needs a good deep down cleaning & some much needed repairs. It worked fine for our needs, but we washed any dish we needed to use before using it. Cobwebs in many places. Like the cleaning crew only hits the high spots & not very good at that. Paid too much for the place since it is in need of so many repairs! The pictures make it look much better than it is."

"Quaint, quiet, all you need. Tucked away in middle if town within walking distance of restaurants and shopping and all you need. Gracious host, great communication and very flexible. Great stay and will again!"
