We selected University Inn because of its downtown location and parking on the property. The room was perfect for our needs and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Our home internet went down Friday afternoon just before Labor Day weekend. Custumer Service said they could not get a Tech out to fix it until Tuesday due to the holiday. It has already been a stressful week and rather than spend a three-day weekend home with no internet I decided to book a room at a nearby hotel. The Boulderado had last minute availability so we threw some stuff in a bag and drove over. We had never stayed here before but were immediately impressed by how charming yet grand it is. Our room in the new wing was very nice and clean with a large bathroom and sliding door with a Juliette balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard with a fountain. There are lots of really great restaurants nearby but honestly the food and service at both the bar and Spruce restaurant in the hotel was the best! We had brunch and dinner at the Spruce. All of the front desk staff, servers, valets, and maids were so friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. They even invited us back for Christmas! Several friends have said they go all out with really beautiful decorations and traditions. We can't wait to go back again!

"The location was under construction, so that definitely made things a little messier which I can forgive, but there were some broken things in our renovated room, and overall not as clean or nice as pictures made it appear. The neighborhood is a little sketchy as well."

"Faulty AC in room that was “fixed” 3 times and gave up in the end. Lots of broken sleep as it was so loud. I wish I’d asked to be moved now :( Apart from that a nice hotel, comfy bed/pillows, decent shower etc."
