1 bed, 1 bath condo in the highly sought after Boston Commons Complex. The completely updated unit features 575 square feet. This is a second floor unit. Separate dining area - Perfect for working remote! Washer/Dryer in unit! New vanity in the bathroom. Beautiful grounds with large pool, mature landscaping, seating/grill areas and clubhouse. Located in the heart of DTC this property is walkable to light rail, public transportation, parks and trails. Easy access to shopping and dinning along Arapahoe Rd, throughout DTC and very short drive to Centennial Airport.  
  
The suite is located on the 2nd floor.

Could use a bathtub mat. I almost fell. Whatever is causing the toilet to make that very loud whistling sound needs to be addressed. It was a great apartment and very nicely furnished. Thank you!
