Plumbing issues - hallway smelled like sewage our second day. At at first the smell was not in our room but then it seemed to creep under our door. Luckily, we had a suite so we called the front desk to report the issue and sealed ourselves in the bedroom. They pumped air freshener into the hallway and I guess cleaned a "trap" somewhere and it was better. The next day it happened again and our toilet backed up (not due to anything we did) and brought me a plunger and I had to plunge it myself:( My husband told the manager on duty that he thought we should receive some sort of compensation for this and the manager handed him a tiny can of butter cookies and later there was a letter delivered under our door apologizing for the inconvenience - that was it. Won't stay at a La Quinta again.

Been here twice! It's got a good location, nice rooms with comfy beds and a pretty big tv, plus a small fridge as you'd expect. Fitness room with treadmills and weight machines, and a game room with ski ball and a few other games. There's a restaurant on site but I haven't eaten there. It's very affordable, the staff is nice and there's a convenient parking garage as well. I recommend!

"The room was fine. Stayed for two nights. All the ice machines were down except for one on the 17th floor. No bottled water & no vending machines. Parking was $50.00 a day & only had valet parking. Staff was never around. Other than a clean place to sleep and a safe neighborhood. Wouldn’t do this ..."

"In the center of downtown so that was amazing. The staff is really helpful. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Great hot water and pressure was good. A/C is good but limits it to lowest setting of 65 degrees. You have to pay for valet parking, but it was expected due to being in a busy downtown ..."
