"This was a great location by Times Square but on a side street so pretty quiet. The room was comfortable and clean with renovated bathroom. This is an historic hotel and could sure use some attention. Taped down carpets. Brass needs polishing in the elevators. Staircases need cleaning. Great staff and felt quite safe."

"The location worked wonders for our group. It was right by Times Square and near the theaters. Walkable to any restaurant or store and of course the subway entrances. The breakfast options were good as well at the hotel; eat in or grab and go. The showers in the rooms do need some upgrades. But overall, location, location, location trumps at a reasonable price."
