"The overall presentation of the hotel was first class and the check in staff were polite and helpful!. Our room was clean and presentable but worth noting was that the mattress was far to hard to get a decent night sleep on!. "Top notch stay all around. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and location was central to everything. One piece of advice: we made the mistake of booking spa treatments with Thermae instead of the Gainsborough - we should definitely have booked with the hotel. Their facilities were far superior to Thermae's! Highly recommend!"
