"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"We were visiting our son studying at Exeter University for the semester. Convenient by car. Ample parking. We loved the Guidebook put together by the property manager. It was extensive and instructions were clear. The only thing we had to hunt for was the linens/covering for the hideaway. Kitchen had what we needed for cooking. Thanks!"

"A lovely modern property. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite was a decent size and the shower was very good. No bath. It was easy to locate using sat nav. Lovely quiet location and views. "

"We had a great stay property was ideally located just outside Barnstaple with great views over the countryside property was immaculate and well stocked and lovely gifts of cider and fudge and even some sweets for Halloween we are already thinking of when we can go back"

The property was like a home from home with everything catered for and some extra personal touches provided by the host, Sarah, for our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break in a lovely property in beautiful countryside."

"This house is quirky and fun, not ideal in the winter as the beds felt a bit damp, but it was OK for us as we spent most of the time at our son's house.It would be helpful to have the full address listed with some dirrections."
