This property sleeps up to to 6 (+ cot). Note, this property does not accept groups of work persons. Main Description Entrance to the property is just off the car parking area on the drive, the front door opens into a hallway with a double bedroom on each side, one with en-suite shower room, and there is a further toilet with hand basin off the hall too. Upstairs is the main living area, the large sitting room has sliding doors onto a balcony with views over the surrounding countryside, and a door to the rear which opens onto a small patio area, and access to the garden. The large kitchen with dining table and adjoining utility area is also upstairs, as is the family bathroom, comprised of bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. There is a third bedroom upstairs, which has twin beds and a cot. The rooms are all spacious with plenty of storage, two of the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, plus chests’ of drawers in all bedrooms. A path from the back door at the rear of the kitchen leads up into the garden, which is a slightly sloping lawned area, and large picnic table at the top on a paved patio. Please note, this property does not accept bookings for groups of work persons; only guests wishing to book for holiday purposes please.
