"New pool was great the the staff was excellent. Locations very good! Our room was outdated with cracked marble and sagging shower curtain rod. Breakfast was good. Update the rooms and the place is very nice."

"I absolutely fell in love with this place. We stayed at the Deluxe Ocean View suite at Beach Place Guesthouses, and honestly, it was one of the most unique and atmospheric places I’ve ever experienced. The moment you walk into the property, it feels like you’ve stepped into another world — like a tiny hidden tropical village. The whole place has this magical atmosphere with little bungalow-style homes, palm trees, bridges, fountains, hammocks, tropical plants, sculptures, and cozy hidden corners everywhere. Our suite was stunning and unlike any hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The decor had a beautiful old-world Indian / tropical vibe with gorgeous antique-style lamps, porcelain elephants, mirrors, vintage furniture, and so many fascinating details. I spent the first day just filming everything and admiring the decor like I was in a museum. The bedroom, living room, and kitchen were all beautifully designed and incredibly cozy. You could hear the ocean waves from the room, and the beach was just steps away. We even had our own private outdoor area with hammocks, which made everything feel even more peaceful. The only small suggestion I would give is that the room could benefit from a deeper detailed cleaning in some less noticeable areas. Overall though, this place completely exceeded my expectations and felt like a little paradise. Such a unique and unforgettable experience."

"Breakfast was just”ok”. Same items every day. Room were clean but bathroom small. Overall, I would recommend if you are going to beach. Beach just a short walk across the street."

"I do not understand the need to have the main lobby entrance doors locked until 10am. Seems like those doors could be unlocked well before this, maybe 6am. Especially when there is a front desk attendee and breakfast staff in the immediate area at that time."

"We had a lovely 2 bedroom unit with a porch that overlooked the ocean. We could also see the lift off from the Space X rocket that launched on Saturday. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a kitchen where meals could have been prepared. There was also a restaurant attached that was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the master shower was nice. The pool was fun as well. The gentleman/securityguard, I think his name was Ken, who checked us in at 2 am was so very nice and helpful after a somewhat stressful day. There waz an issue with one elevator that was attended to immediately and repaired the same day. There are 2 elevators so it was only mildly inconvenient. All in all, it was a lovely stay. "
