"Price was quite a bit more than originally quoted. Room was across from ice machine and lots of workers were in there getting ice for their coolers at 5am. Otherwise a nice room. Nice pool and we'll kept grounds."

"We had a lovely 2 bedroom unit with a porch that overlooked the ocean. We could also see the lift off from the Space X rocket that launched on Saturday. The room was spacious and comfortable. It had a kitchen where meals could have been prepared. There was also a restaurant attached that was pretty good. The bed was comfortable and the master shower was nice. The pool was fun as well. The gentleman/securityguard, I think his name was Ken, who checked us in at 2 am was so very nice and helpful after a somewhat stressful day. There waz an issue with one elevator that was attended to immediately and repaired the same day. There are 2 elevators so it was only mildly inconvenient. All in all, it was a lovely stay. "

"Rooms were clean, property is kept up beautifully. Building is very unique. It was very peaceful, including the pool where music is piped in. Furniture is very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. There is iced tea (very good), coffee, tea available all afternoon in the lobby area and wine & cheese provided every afternoon from 5-6. Very nice touches to set the property apart."

"We always stay at this location in Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront room was modern, comfortable, and clean. We loved the stunning panoramic views of the water right from the windows. We also enjoyed the amenities and the easy beach access. Highly recommend!"
