You will fall in love with this beauty from the moment you walk through the door! Two balconies to choose from to start your day with your favorite beverage with ocean views or end your day with the sunset over the Banana River.

Bright spacious open floor plan is decorated in shades of Teals and Blues with tile throughout makes this beach condo a dream! Designed to comfortably accodommate six guest from the dining room table to sleeping. The updated kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals in. 

Both bedrooms and living room features a flat screen TV. 

Sandcastles, one of the most popular Cocoa Beach vacation spots, is a beautifully maintained complex with a heated pool, hot tub, community room, lighted tennis courts, free parking and so much more! It is fully lighted and locked from beach access in the evenings for security. All stairwells and elevators require a code or key to gain access.

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a short walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

Come relax and enjoy everything Sandcastle #700 has to offer.

Beach bums this is your spot. Great location right in the middle of everything. Condo was top notch, clean pictures did not lie. Top floor at the end great view from balcony…..can’t say enough.

Unit was very quiet. No outside noise. Great view but a large structure being built on the north side. We could see over it easily.
