Great location

The location was perfect for our young family - could easily come in for nap times and then walk right back out to the beach. On the smaller size, but overall was a great fit for our family.

Great stay

I had a lovely long weekend at the property. The location couldn't be any better as it was a 2 minute walk from the front door to the sand of the beach. There's even a Mexican restaurant right next door (walking distance) if you're looking to lounge around without having to go very far.

Cocoa Beach gem

The is cute little place was amazing. Exactly as described, very clean, had everything we needed and more. I wanted a quiet, low-key, less people place and this was it. The location was perfect, right on the beach. I would stay here again I. A second.

Perfect getaway!

We loved it! By the beach, far enough from the crowd, and 10 minutes from downtown. The apartment had everything we needed it, and the building's pool was the bonus!

I loved returning to the quiet, untouched feeling of the old Florida beaches of where I grew up. Sunrise walks and observing a variety of shorebirds was a delight. It’s the place that I’d like to spend my time over and over again.

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, very clean, and had such a warm, welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. The neighbors were kind and friendly, which made the atmosphere even more comfortable. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet part of the beach, giving us the peace and relaxation we were hoping for. On top of that, the condo owner was incredibly nice and accommodating, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish, and I’m already planning my birthday trip here and will definitely be using this condo again in the future!

Beautiful

I got in very late at night, was worried i would miss it and be driving around till sunrise, but it was very easy to find, and while i couldnt see anything, i could hear the waves. The place was perfect for my week long stay, and had no issues at all! Waking up to a sunrise on the beach, the ease of getting to places to eat, the KSC, even Daytona, make this place an excellent location to stay! When i go back, i will stay here again!

Perfect Location

We stayed March 15th-19th. Each day was a new adventure. Getting up before sunrise to sip coffee while watching the sun come up and the dolphins playing all from the balcony. This condo is the perfect location for fun in the sun. Host had great communication. I hope to visit Cocoa beach again staying in the same condo..thank you James

Perfect Beach Condo!

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo was the perfect beach getaway for our family of 4! The unit was very clean and supplied everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The pool was very warm and there were lots of pool toys to help keep our girls entertained. Neighbors were very nice and friendly. The walk to the beach was very short and we enjoyed finding lots of shells each day. We will be back!

Great location, great waves, so close to the beach!

We loved how close the condo is to the beach! You can hear the waves at night, so peaceful. It worked great for our family of 3. Stocked really well, and stores within 5-10 min to grab whatever else you might need. Check in was easy-the code didn't work for us, but host responded immediately and helped us get in. You can't get any closer to the beach! We loved our trip, and made many more family memories!
