"Such a lovely place with great staff and facilities. Will definitely be staying here again. There's a lovely huge garden and the hostel is right in the middle of a really nice park. There's a kitchen and they sell snacks and food for cheap. Thanks!"

"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "

"Efficient friendly check in staff. Staying for an early start for a flight next morning so appreciated the wake up call service. Receptionist said they would come and knock on your door if you didn’t answer the phone. Which means you can get a good nights sleep with no worries. "
