This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. Fab little hotel attached to a pub just near Farringdon, so handy for travel this hotel was comfy, quiet and really well decorated/furnished. Not like the usual rooms above the pub this has a separate entrance. Free snacks and a really well fitted out bathroom. I stay at a lot of hotels and I got by far the best nights sleep here than I have for ages!!

Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. Was a lovely experience from the moment we walked in the door. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was lush, and totally in fitting with the rest of the hotel.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

We loved the room very comfortable bed nice shower we used the Bluetooth Speaker that was good half an hour away from Leister Square in London went to the bar in Ruby Stella nice Atmosphere
