"This is perfect if you want convenience and be close to the beach, a few steps and you are there. I didn’t like that I have to pay for parking in addition to my stay, overall the rooms are ok. I found the pillos and bed uncomfortable. "

No hot water Terrble AC Please Don’t believe there is a gulf view either because there is NOT I will be requesting money back from Expedia for false advertisement! We checked out 3 nights early and only because we couldn’t find anything at midnight on night one"

"For premium price paid the rooms were very outdated. Shower was very poor. The beach and lounge chairs were perfect. The kids working the beach are great. Bartenders by pool very slow an seemed annoyed when bar was busy. For a pool area with many kids present at 10 am the DJ played rap music as loud as he could a couple days. Seemed odd for family resort. Maid service done a great job. Firepits good."

"Can’t say enough good things about this place! We had an issue with a third-party reservation, but Liam went above and beyond to resolve it and made sure everything was taken care. Thank you ! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach. The kids had a great time with all the amenities like ping pong and mini golf, which made the stay even more enjoyable for our whole family. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to. There’s nothing like walking right out the front door and onto the beach!"

"Very unhappy that I paid for a beachfront view with a balcony and what I got was a third floor room on top of their sloppy joes restaurant. So from that balcony I saw two large roof top air conditioners, 30 feet of roof, then the beach in the background. Very disappointing. From a cleanliness perspective based him was not cleaned well. "
