River Breeze - Waterside, Norfolk Broads, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms

"We had a wonderful stay at River Breeze. The accommodation was really clean, very well maintained and in a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed sitting out on the decking in the evenings overlooking the water and exploring the broads by boat during the day. There is a lovely cafe at the end of the marina which took around 10 minutes to walk to and we also hired kayaks and paddle boards from Pub and Paddle which were delivered directly to the property. We had a really comfortable stay at River Breeze and the property had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property and if we were to return to explore the southern broads again in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Perfect all round.great greeting from Tina, all the cleaning team are very polite. Only 1 downside we missed a mop to do the floors,but we got by. The dogs even loved the freedom n yes barking at the swans Already booked for next year ."

"Clean, comfortable and well-equipped lodge. The location is beautiful, right on the river. The view from the lounge, terrace and garden couldn’t be better. We took our own kayak and lauched very easily from the jetty. The river is very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. My husband did some fishing most evenings. There are plenty of fish in the river but catching them isn’t easy!We were nervous about our little dog jumping in the river as there is no barrier on the jetty or the terrace & the river is tidal so can be flowing quite strongly. We took a long line of rope to ensure that she could run around but couldn’t jump in. She loved watching all the river life, as did we. We appreciated the doggy welcome basket and there was a pint of milk in the fridge as well as tea, coffee and biscuits which was a nice surprise.We loved our stay and would definitely come back again."

"Lovely stay in this stunning property. Ideal location for a visit to the broads. Fully equipped with kitchen equipment and extremely comfortable beds. Anglers: note this is not suited as a place to expect to fish from in the summer months, as I found out. Weed extends right across the river and the only area clear is right along the edge of the jetty. Plenty of small roach to be caught here but becomes a bit tedious after a while."

"Location was excellent no complaints with that.But it needs some TLC inside and out.The cleaning was not upto standard from other places we've been.Dead flies on kitchen counter, grease under the dish drainer.Extractor fan switches was greasy.Cobwebs in conservatory.Dishwasher smelled as you opened it didn't feel like we could use it.Towels in bathroom smelled musty.And the private dock is dangerous and shouldn't really be used.2/3 planks broken and giving way.Knives and scissors in the block can't really used effectively as so blunt.Gate missing so be careful when letting your dogs outside. It does have a cart to carry stuff from the car to the house which was useful."

"Just had the most fabulous relaxing holiday stay at Innisfree House. The location is absolutely perfect for relaxing, with a local bakery and pubs not too far away. The view of the river was really something special !! Sitting on the deck watching the boats go by with a drink in hand was perfect. There is plenty of wildlife about including swans and ducks etc so take lots of duck food. This really is a special place and has given us one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had."
