The hotel was conveniently located so you could walk into como city, to the ferry stop or to the train station. The food was very nice, we had the hotel breakfast each day and also ate in 2 of the restaurants and at the poolside bar. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned with an evening turn service as well. The pool area was lovely, great pool with an amazing view of the lake plus very cold so great for cooling down after a hot day. Would highly recommend.

Stayed one night on a business trip this week. Very comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean, lovely bar and helpful staff. Small hotel but very friendly in a great location. Once the restaurant kitchen is up and running (only just reopened so only served clod plates, prosciutto, cheese, panini, insalata etc. I am sure it will be even better). I will return in March on another trip and will stay here for sure.

Whilst 5 kilometres away from the centre of Como and the lake, the transport connections, with the railway station round a couple of corners, and bus stops just down the road, this wasn't such a problem. The very reasonable room prices, combined with the fresh designs of the rooms, plus the friendly and diligent attention of all the staff made it a pleasure to stay. Our room was wheelchair friendly but we couldn’t access the terrace where breakfast was served and looked at the lake. The staff were very helpful getting breakfast sorted in our room though, but we didn’t have a view there. The hotel was in an amazing situation but the reception felt a little unfriendly but once settled we felt much more welcome. The staff were all friendly and helpful with great restaurant recommendation and taxi booking too.

The location of this hotel is incredible. The views we had from our room were stunning and the staff were exceptionally helpful before and throughout the stay. Small family run hotel, friendly, helpful staff. Excellent food. Buffet breakfast, with some cooked food available, never run out of anything, extra coffee offered. Dinner menu and wine list good. Gets very busy due to location opposite water taxis. There is also a bar with snacks attached for day time. Hotel has three floors and there is a lounge room on the 1st and 2nd floors with books and some games.
