"Lovely hotel next to lake como ,the views are Amazing and location great,the ferry point is right next to the hotel as well for your trips across the lake ,we had the basic double room at the hotel and it was good enough for a 2 night stay with our dog ! Next time though id get one of the balcony ones over looking the lake ❤️"

"We stayed at Villa Clementina for three nights and loved it there. The service was exceptional. Richard greeted us at the bus stop and took us through the private garage where a golf buggy was waiting to take us and our luggage on the short journey up the hill to the Villa. As we checked in Richard told us about the history of the area and Villa. He was very passionate and knowledgeable and it was a lovely way to start the stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, well maintained and had a powerful shower. The room had a balcony that overlooked Lake Como, which was nice to sit on at relax. The infinity pool area was quiet and relaxing, as was the hot tub and garden areas. All of which were overlooking the lake. The breakfast was amazing! The eggs and bacon were cooked to order and there was plenty of choice with cereals, pastries and fresh fruit platters. The homemade croissants were a particular favourite. The staff were very attentive and Richard would stop and have a chat in the morning and give us tips about the places we were visiting. On our departure day we were given a bottle of Lake Como olive oil, which was an unexpected but lovely touch. Richard’s wife even drove us to the train station in Como so that we wouldn’t have to wait for a bus. We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Clementina and would definitely stay there again."

"Fantastic views and a great location for our stay with friends.Perfect for the ferry and visiting various villas.Good secure car parking, excellent pool and Claudine provided another fan when the temperature hit 34 degrees.Only downside was no BBQ as advertised."

"The location of this property is exceptional. The views of Lake Como and proximity to the charming town of Argegno are amazing. Our host was always prompt and helpful with every question or need. A few things should be noted on the property description: like many hillside residences, this property was very difficult to find driving on our own and involved some frightening hair pin turns. The house is well equipped with a veranda that is very spacious with many furniture/seating options. The second bedroom does not have an actual bed but has a type of sofa/futon which opens to a bed. It was adequate for children perhaps, but uncomfortable for adults. There were extra pillows in the armoire, but no extra pillow cases to cover them. All in all, however, the four of us enjoyed every minute of our stay and were grateful for our host's quick response and attentiveness to our questions."

"Look no further. This Lake Como villa was a dream! Host, Francesco’s hospitality was above and beyond! The villa is everything the photos show & more! The views are spectacular & town of Argegno is so quaint! Umberto prepared the most delicious birthday dinner with the help of Claudio. Must do! Paolo’s boat tour of the lake was so wonderful, with stops at Bellagio & Varenna! We can’t wait for our return! Ciao Francesco, until next time!! "
